Order Processor: Dispatch & Returns

Order Management Coastal Cape

Role Summary Responsible for accurately processing delivery and return documentation. Key Responsibilities Deliveries
  • Ensure a positive customer experience through the professional and accurate preparation of customer deliveries.
  • Lead order processing to accurately finalize the delivery process as per company guidelines.
  • Execute DTR truck release with both PERI fleet and forwarding agency deliveries.
Returns
  • Ensure a positive customer experience through the professional and accurate preparation and accurate preparation of customer returns.
  • Lead order processing to accurately finalize the return process including caRe and compensation billing as per company guidelines.
General Duties
  • Daily processing of manual documents onto PSD.
  • Accurately upload all customer documentation onto electronic filing system.
  • Filing of documentation into site files.
  • Accurately capturing of stock counts during all stock takes.
  • Provide support to all administration team members when required.
  • Be in the business excellence ambassador to ensure continuous improvement of PERIs service delivery and competitiveness in the market, whilst maintaining strong customer relations.
Qulifications and experience required
  • Diploma advantageous in office administration or minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Professionalism
  • Experience in customer service.
  • Continuous improvement focus.
  • Fluent in English
