Associate Director, Strategic Analytics & Insights

in this strategic role you will be ensuring that personal and departmental revenue targets achieved by increasing client spend through an increase in NIQ product repertoire usage:

• Understand Client Needs.
• Promote Product Education and Awareness.
• Maximize Cross-Selling and Upselling Opportunities.
• Foster Strong Client Relationships.
• Leverage Data and Insights to identify opportunities.

Main Accountabilities include but are not limited to:

• New business development - Build our client base & Sell research projects to meet personal and departmental revenue targets.
• Presentations at public forums, conferences and universities.
• Study design and proposal formulation.
• Review proposals and discusses design issues with client and team
• Handel client queries and general client related issues.

6+ years Experience in:

• Client management/liaison
• Conflict resolution
• Proposal writing
• Report formulation
• Analysis of research data

• Oral and written communication skills
• Organizational skills

Education and Experience

Required:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years Research Project management experience
• 2-3 years client servicing & sales experience
• 2-3 years team management experience

• Post graduate qualifications
• Experience in a related field
• Experience with a second language
