Outworx is looking for experienced and reliable Customer Service Advisors for a UK Insurance campaign.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Providing excellent customer service to all our customers

· Taking initiative and going above and beyond to assist and resolve customer queries and concerns while following process and legislative requirements

· Follow up with potential customers in a timely manner as necessary

· Foster a positive relationship with customers and respond to their needs to ensure customer satisfaction

· Ensuring that you meet KPIs

· Promote a culture of treating customers fairly and acting in the customers best interest.

· Always promote ‘Best Practice.

REQUIREMENTS:

· Call centre experience within UK Insurance 6-12 months experience required

· Must be able to work shifts and weekends

· Grade 12 or equivalent NQF4 level qualification

· Applicant must have a clear criminal record

· Valid South African ID

· Exceptional listening skills

· Computer Literate

· Assume responsibility for accuracy and performance.

· Proficient written and spoken skills

Job type: Permanent

Guaranteed basic salary and commission

Position will be based in Cape Town Central.

Pay: R9 000,00 basic salary per month
