We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Operations Manager to join our team immediately in Gauteng. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to play a key role in franchise operations, business growth, and strategic execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Franchise Support & Development: Provide hands-on assistance to franchisees to ensure operational success and adherence to brand standards.
• New Store Openings & Transfers: Oversee the setup and launch of new franchise locations and support franchisees in ownership transitions.
• Brand Consistency & Compliance: Ensure all franchise outlets align with company policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.
• Business Performance & Accountability: Monitor and evaluate franchisee performance, providing guidance to drive growth and profitability.
• Training & Development: Equip franchisees and their teams with the necessary knowledge and skills to optimize their business.
• Market Trends & Innovation: Stay updated with emerging retail and technology trends, applying insights to improve operations and customer experience.
• Travel Requirements: Ability to travel up to 50% of the time to different franchise locations (preferred).

Qualifications & Experience

• Retail experience (advantageous).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience in franchise operations and training (beneficial).
• IT or technical aptitude - must be comfortable using and teaching digital tools.
• Social media marketing knowledge to assist franchisees in their online presence.
