Exports Dispatch Manager

As the Exports Dispatch Manager you will be responsible for managing and controlling stock received and dispatched for export.

Responsibilities include:

• Responsible for stock control on all items related to exports pending as well as pipeline items.
• Monitor stock levels per sales pipeline to ensure replenishment as required.
• Ensure all stock processed has the required documentation for both export as well as invoicing.
• Weekly recons are to be completed on stock used and aligned with stores on a weekly basis.
• Ensure weekly and monthly stock counts and recons are completed according to deadlines.
• Ensure stock is accurately picked per order requirements.
• Ensure stock is packed correctly in dedicated marked area.
• Ensure all administrative work is completed daily.
• Ensure that the work area is always clean and neat.
• Ensure all stock is captured when receipted and serialised stock items are transferred correctly.
• File all documentation (TRS, PODS and GRNS, SADC documents, Courier Invoices and Internal Invoices, etc.)

Requirements:

• Matric and Supply Chain Management, Transportation Management or other relevant qualification
• Minimum 2 years experience in Stock Control Management
