Project Delivery Manager

Swipe iX, a division of Media24 is seeking an enthstic, diligent and highly skilled Project Delivery Manager to oversee key projects, drive process improvements, and mentor our project management team. What the role entails:

The Project Delivery Manager is responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of key projects and the continuous improvement of project management processes across Swipe iX. This role not only drives the planning, execution, and closure of projects but also mentors and guides the project management team to maintain high standards of quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction. Working closely with cross-functional teams, the Project Delivery Manager will bridge the gap between hands-on project execution and strategic operational leadership.

What you would do:

• Project Delivery: Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of high-impact projects, ensuring adherence to scope, timeline, and budget constraints.
• Team Leadership: Provide guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback to the Project Management team.
• Stakeholder Management: Primary point of contact for key project stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Operational Excellence: Lead initiatives to streamline workflows, adopt best practices, and integrate innovative solutions.
• Risk Management: Adhere to risk management frameworks to proactively identify and mitigate project risks.
• Strategic Contribution: Collaborate with senior leadership to align project delivery with the companys strategic goals.

What you should have:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 12+ years of experience in project management, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
• Proven experience in a leadership or mentoring role within a project management environment.
• Strong background in process improvement methodologies and operational excellence.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Relevant certifications (PMP, CSM, SAFe) preferred.
