Duties & Responsibilities

Purpose of the Role That all callers and customers are taken care of and that a good business image is given to the public.

Key Responsibilities Switchboard/Receptionist/Visitors Answer all calls in a professional manner. Answer the phone in the first 5 rings. Assist in keeping the reception area neat and tidy at all times. Ensure visitors to be attended by staff and not roam the offices unattended. Always adhere to all company policies and procedures. Carry out instructions given by management team. Overnight express bags/parcels Ensure any overnight bag/parcels to be signed and handed over to the admin department. Making sure all documents signed for are received. Responsible for the post/tea lady duties while on leave/sick etc. to assist in preparing the overnight bags going to the correct customers/depo. KPIs Compliance with company policies and practices Alert and vigilant at all times

Strict professional manner at all times

Minimum Requirements

Matric 2 years relevant experience in a phone operator experience
