Job Description

As a Sales Consultant at MJZ Direct Marketing, you will be responsible for driving sales and ensuring excellent customer service. You will be a key player in our team, contributing to the growth and success of our company by identifying potential clients, presenting our products, and closing sales. This role requires a proactive individual with strong communication skills and a passion for sales.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential clients to generate new business opportunities.

  • Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.

  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.

  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Sales Consultant or similar role.

  • Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.

  • Passed Matric or NQF level 4 equivalent.
