Inside Sales Representative - 3 Month Contract

Learn sales script to communicate our solutions effectively while also being flexible enough to adapt when necessary. Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory. Research accounts, find key players and generate interest. Initiate contact with potential customers from a provided list to promote products or services. Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails. Build rapport with prospects, understand their needs, and address any questions or concerns they may have. Accurately record customer interactions and update CRM systems with relevant information about leads and follow-ups. Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure or set up a meeting to connect the lead with a sales executive. Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals. Potential to perform effective online demos to prospects. A degree in Business or a related field would be preferred At least 3 years of inside sales or telemarketing experience. Familiarity with IBM Maximo products or similar enterprise asset management solutions is highly advantageous. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Strong persuasive abilities and resilience in handling rejection. Strong skills in maintaining relationships with clients and understanding their needs. Proficiency with CRM software (HubSpot desired but not required) and basic computer skills. Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks. Ability to remain motivated despite challenges and maintain a positive attitude. A self-driven individual who can thrive in a target-driven environment and handle rejection. Strong organizational abilities to manage leads, follow-ups and customer data efficiently. Quick thinking to adjust conversations based on customer responses.
