Manage and oversee the accounts receivable process, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing and collection of payments. Monitor and reconcile customer accounts, identifying and resolving any discrepancies or outstanding issues. Utilize Opera Cloud to manage billing and financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies. Prepare and analyze financial reports related to debtors, providing insights to the finance and revenue management teams. Collaborate with the revenue management team to align debtor control processes with overall revenue strategies. Handle customer inquiries regarding billing and payments, providing exceptional customer service. Implement and maintain efficient debt collection procedures, reducing overdue balances and improving cash flow. Assist in month-end closing activities, including account reconciliations and reporting. Minimum of 3 years of experience in debtor management, preferably in the hospitality industry. Proficiency in Opera Cloud is required; experience with revenue management is a plus. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
