A position in our company has recently opened up.

Over the years our company has built, and delivered upon, a reputation as a reliable long haul and distribution service provider to multinational customers as we always strive for Excellence.

This is an entry level position. It will be a great starting point of your career whereby you will be given the opportunity to further enhance your skills while receiving knowledge and experience. We ultimately need a go getter who will be the primary person that distributes accurate information throughout the company.

Job Requirements

  • Live in Boksburg
  • Own Transport
  • Fluent in Afrikaans and English
  • Excellent skills in Excel, word and Outlook
  • Mathematically Literate

Key Job Functions

  • Data Capturing - Capturing of data accurately (Key role)
  • Tracking Reports - Capturing of departure and arrival times of all loads for KPIs as well as emailing all tracking reports to clients daily
  • Capturing of PODs and Order Numbers as well as contacting clients for missing order numbers
  • Assisting customers with copies of PODs
  • Job Cards - Allocation of invoices as well as allocation of stock used within the workshop. As well as capturing the Job cards on to the system
  • Scanning and filing - Scanning of all invoices and job cards into the system so other departments has access to it (You will be the primary person for information needed therefore your scanning and filing has to be on point)
  • Consumptions - capturing of all diesel slips and alerting management when red flags arise (Diesel theft)

The above will be your main job functions but there might be more that will be discussed during training. Our work environment is fast paced therefore you need to learn quickly as well as must be able to notice discrepancies before other departments do. All departments rely on your work! It might seem scary but you will be given the best training as well as key people to assist you.
