Internal Sales Administrator

Cape Town TV is looking for an internal sales administrator to provide administrative support and coordination to the Sales Operations Manager and to co-ordinate various aspects of the media sales process. Duties: Processing of TV airtime orders/bookings and flightings from sales house and direct clients Management of ad logs sent from sales house on a daily basis Extract ads sent from sales house and insert ads into the ad tracker on a daily basis Work closely with the Final Control Centre (FCC) regarding ad scheduling Download and code ads sent from 3rd parties Ensure databases are kept updated and all ads loaded for ingest Download as runs on a daily basis Extract, analyse and consolidate as runs in Excel Provide daily reconciliations on all ads booked by sales house Extract and insert ad reconciliations for direct clients in broadcast reports Provide proof of broadcast (Excel and recordings) Sales Administration and assist with sales promotion/s Co-ordinate and distribute information in agreed format, within specified timelines, in an effective manner Flexible to take on new and different tasks as directed by management.
