Your Role as a Remote Sales Executive

As a Sales Executive, your job is to sell our cleaning services, acquire new customers, and build relationships to ensure repeat business.

Key Responsibilities:

Cold calling & emailing potential customers to pitch our cleaning servicesSet up meetings & consultations with homeowners and businessesClose contracts and hit monthly sales targetsSell cleaning services to homes, offices, restaurants, and commercial propertiesFollow up with leads and convert inquiries into paying customersMaintain a sales pipeline & track performance using CRM toolsBuild and manage client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retentionPromote special offers, cleaning packages, and seasonal deals Collaborate with the operations team to schedule cleaning jobs smoothly

What Were Looking For

We need a hungry, results-driven sales closer who can generate leads, pitch services, and seal the deal!

✅ 1-3 years of sales experience (preferably in service-based industries)✅ Excellent communication & negotiation skills✅ Experience in cold calling, email outreach, and lead generation✅ A strong closer with a proven ability to hit and exceed sales targets✅ Ability to sell over the phone, via email, and on video calls✅ Experience using CRM software & sales tracking tools✅ Self-motivated, independent, and able to work remotely

Bonus Points If You Have:✔ Experience in selling cleaning services, home maintenance, or facility management✔ Existing network in property management, real estate, or commercial businesses✔ Knowledge of Google Sheets, Excel, or sales automation tools
