YC: Facilities Management Administrator Department : Human Resources (BP64030)

Job Overview UD Trucks is known for our pioneering technologies and products within the commercial automotive industry. This position will support the real estate department with both long- and short-term projects.

This position is earmarked to Unemployed Youth on on a 12 month contract basis. The person applying must comply with the criteria and be registered on the Yes4Youth platform

• Requesting quotations from different supplier
• Attending to jobs loaded on the RE job card portal.
• Filing reports and all RE documents on share point
• Attending to all water dispenser queries
• Escorting suppliers throughout our premises
• Ensuring all suppliers onsite adhere to OHS.
• Attending to any ad-hoc request from business

• Knowledge of office layout and cad drawing will be an added advantage.
• Diploma in any engineering field or Business Administration
