We are recruiting for a Driver to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the daily collection and delivery of goods accordingly and must be in compliance with the South African law under the Road Safety Act.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Deliver all goods safely and timeously
  • Ensure safe transport from unit to unit
  • Ensure vehicle is clean and serviced regularly
  • Drive within the laws of S.A as laid out in the Road Safety Act
  • Responsible to ensure that the vehicle is roadworthy (Pre & post trip vehicle inspections).
  • Maintain the logbook for the record mileage for every trip
  • Ensure all delivery documents are completed accurately
  • Provide professional and excellent customer service
  • May be required to assist with any other duties that may be outside scope of responsibility
Skills and Competencies
  • Communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Planning and organizing skills
  • Time management skills
  • Ability to record and update data
  • Knowledge of Gauteng/Johannesburg area
  • Excellent driving skills
Qualifications
  • Minimum Matric
  • Minimum of 2-5 years driving experience
  • Valid drivers license and Professional Driving Permit PDP
