We are seeking a Banking Litigation Secretary to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in banking litigation, with a focus on drafting and administrative tasks. This role requires someone who can thrive under pressure and meet strict deadlines. EE: Open

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drafting of affidavits, summonses, Section 129 notices, and other litigation-related documentation.
  • Managing communications and coordination with banks, debtors, Sheriff offices, and other stakeholders.
  • Ensuring adherence to tight turnaround times and managing high-pressure situations effectively.
Minimum Requirements:
  • 2-4 years of experience in banking litigation.
  • Proficient in drafting legal documents and handling banking litigation cases.
  • Strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with Office Word, Excel, and Outlook; experience with Excalibur, OCS, and DM11 is a plus.
Skills and Attributes:
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Highly organised and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
