Key Responsibilities:

As a Flat Pack Furniture Technical Support Technician, your responsibilities will include:

• Providing technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat.
• Assisting customers with assembly instructions and troubleshooting issues.
• Diagnosing and resolving technical problems related to flat pack furniture.
• Documenting customer interactions and solutions for future reference.
• Collaborating with the product development team to improve assembly instructions and product design.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering timely and effective solutions.

Qualifications and Skills:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Proven experience in furniture assembly or technical support.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

• Ability to read and interpret assembly instructions and technical drawings.
