The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating and co-ordinating the broader employee wellness programme by interacting with relevant internal & external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Educating and supporting employees on wellness and overall wellbeing.
  • Counselling employees on wellness and overall wellbeing.
  • Caring and supporting employees on wellness issues.
  • Efficient administering of the wellness programme.
  • Promoting employees wellness and overall wellbeing.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • HR/Social Work/ Nursing Qualification or any other relevant tertiary qualification.
  • Drivers license Code EB (08).

Minimum Experience:

  • 3 Years working knowledge in the employee wellness/health space.

Behavioural Competencies:

  • Ability to conform and adhere to rules, to closely follow instructions and procedures and minimize risks by complying with processes.
  • Applies practical skills when investigating issues and is practically minded and applies common sense.
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
  • Is comfortable leading people, coordinating and directing groups.
  • Ability to take action, use own initiative to start things up and use personal drive and energy.
