Ons is op soek na n gemotiveerde en energieke verkoopsagent wat sal help om ons topgehalte bou-, verf- en instandhoudingsdienste aan n wye verskeidenheid potensiële kliente te bemark. Hierdie rol bied nie net n opwindende uitdaging nie, maar ook uitstekende verdienpotensiaal deur ons kommissiestruktuur.

Jou Rol:

• Bemarking en Verkoop: Bemark die maatskappy se dienste aan nuwe en bestaande kliënte.
• Kliëntwerwing: Aktief soek en werf nuwe kliënte om van ons dienste gebruik te maak.
• Teiken: Bereik n minimum van 4 kwotasies per week (16 per maand).

• Kommissie-gebaseerd: Verdien op jou prestasie - hoe meer jy verkoop, hoe meer verdien jy.
• Bonusgeleenthede: Bereik R250 000 in verkope en kry R10 000 bonus elke maand.
• Groeimoglikhede: Beweeg na n vaste posisie met salaris en mediese voordele, of bevorder tot area-bestuurder.

• Eie vervoer, selfoon en rekenaar is noodsaaklik.
• Matriek of hoër kwalifikasie.
• Uitstekende kommunikasievaardighede en n passie vir verkope.
• Selfdissipline, toegewyde werk etiek en die vermoë om onafhanklik te werk.
• Voltyds beskikbaar om jou volle potensiaal te benut.

• Verkoop en/of bemarkings agtergrond.
• Konstruksie-ervaring is n bonus, maar nie noodsaaklik nie.

• Flexibele werksure: Werk volgens jou eie skedule, maar dit is verkieslik om potensiële kliënte binne werksure te kontak.
• Geen area beperkings nie: Werk op verskeie persele.
• Opleiding: Ons verskaf basiese opleiding om jou in staat te stel om die werk suksesvol te verrig.

• Sales and/or marketing background.
• Construction experience is a bonus, but not essential.
