Branch Manager required for Car Detailing operation including car wash and minor body repairs.

Responsible for strategic sales growthAssist in the development of the Operations budgetAccountable for day to day running of the OperationMaintains communication by preparing daily, weekly and month end profitability and productivity reportsMonitors Operations activity including number of transactions, sales volumes etc.Maintains control over accounting procedures to ensure compliance with controls. If weaknesses are identified, reports them to the Managing DirectorSchedules, coaches, supervises and motivates staff in an effort to maintain optimal customer service satisfaction levels.Assists in the interviewing and appointment of new staffMaintains knowledge of products and services in order to train and motivate staff to cross and up sellMonitors quality of service to customers and ensures that staff maximising opportunities to sell productsEnsures customer satisfaction, retention and attraction by analysing reported customer queries and customer survey questionnairesManages Contract customer relationsManages and orders stockMonitors material usage and its effect on gross profitsAssists in managing the security and safety of customers property by analysing security and safety policies and procedures.

Ensure compliance with Health and Safety requirements

Previous experience and knowledge of Car Detailing and Minor Repairs (body and spray painting) will be a distinct advantage.

Basic Salary plus Performance Incentive
