Technology Service Delivery Analyst

We are looking for new member of our internal Technology Team, to join us as a Technology Service Delivery Analyst.

The role of the Technology team is to provide a proactive, rapid response service to all Gattaca staff in the use of technology, across all of our office locations, including the UK, Cape Town, Canada and Iberia.

The role of the Technology Service Delivery Analyst, is to manage the response and resolution of queries and incidents that arise at any time around our systems, and technology.

This role is responsible for the Logging tickets, triaging the problem and delegating and escalating to the wider IT team and 3rd party vendors for a successful resolution.

Having positive relationships with staff is a critical skill, coupled with a strong desire to deliver excellent customer service.
