Location: Gauteng & Northern CapeIndustry: Private Security

Do you believe in upholding standards and holding teams accountable? Were hiring a Quality & Compliance Manager to ensure operational compliance and service quality across all departments and sites.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct routine checks on operational procedures and compliance at all sites.
  • Address non-compliance and support managers in meeting company standards.
  • Create action plans and follow through on execution and completion.
  • Report on performance and suggest improvements to management.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of SOPs and industry regulations in the security sector.
  • Ability to audit, review, and drive corrective action.
  • Multi-site management or compliance experience is essential.
  • Candidates must have above-average computer literacy and be proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, and Outlook).
  • Compiling and submitting reports
  • Following up on outstanding tasks
  • Coordinating documentation across departments and sites
  • Excellent verbal and written communication is expected, along with the ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
