Job Description

- Assist in compiling training courses using provided materials (e.g., Word documents - Training Manuals).

- Ensure continuity in course development, especially during periods of travel, to enhance productivity and expand the training department.

- Utilize the Thinkific platform for course management (training on Thinkific will be provided).

- Tasks include creation of company communications or integrating training manuals provided by the Training Manager into the training platform.

- Compile questions to complement training material.

- Use Photoshop to edit and customize images for training courses, such as modifying diagrams to align with company-specific terminology.

Support multilingual translations by editing images with Portuguese or Spanish text, in collaboration with Translator.

- Organize and file training documentation, including manually written exams, attendance registers, reports, QCPs, and marking sheets, ensuring all records are accurate and up to date.

Requirements

- Proficiency in Microsoft applications (e.g., Word, Excel).

- Adequate computer skills.

- Basic knowledge of Photoshop.

- Prior administrative experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: R8 000,00 - R10 000,00 per month
