Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Bar Manager. The ideal candidate will have expertise in mixology, artistry, financial acumen, and operational leadership. This role involves overseeing all aspects of the bar, managing a talented team, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences while maintaining efficiency and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

Mixology & Artistry

  • Develop innovative and signature cocktails tailored to the outlets brand and clientele.
  • Ensure beverage quality through artistry, presentation, and high-quality ingredients.
  • Confidently work behind the bar, demonstrating skill, creativity, and leadership.

Operational Management

  • Oversee daily bar operations to ensure smooth service.
  • Manage stock control, including ordering, inventory tracking, and minimizing wastage.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
  • Implement cost-control measures to optimize profitability.

Financial Management

  • Analyze sales data and provide performance reports to the Operations Manager
  • Monitor budgets and control expenses to achieve financial goals.
  • Identify revenue growth opportunities through menu enhancements or promotions.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing bar team.
  • Foster a supportive work environment that encourages teamwork and innovation.
