What Youll Do

Email Management: Start your day by reviewing emails, identifying key tasks, and flagging important items for attention.

Client Engagement: Spend two hours daily connecting with our database, making approximately 20 calls to nurture relationships and request referrals.

Social Media Management:

Create and post engaging content for Facebook and Instagram, with a goal to expand our YouTube presence in 2025.

Help design and track social media campaigns using landing pages and Google Forms for better insights.

Transaction Coordination:

Manage transactions , ensuring all parties are updated and satisfied with the process.

Provide consistent follow-up and maintain client satisfaction through excellent service.

AI Integration: Become a master of AI tools like ChatGPT and Canva, using them to automate and optimize our business processes. (We provide an AI course to accelerate your mastery.)

Administrative Support:

Work with systems like Referral Maker (CRM) and BombBomb for video emails.

Handle administration and follow up on real estate transactions.

What Were Looking For

Experience: No specific years required, but were seeking someone mature and ready to grow with our business.

Skills:

Strong intellectual capacity with the drive to learn and adapt.

Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Canva, video editing software).

Salary: R12 000 per month plus opportunities to earn performance incentives based on agreed criteria. Working hours - office based (Rondebosch) Monday to Friday 8:30 to 5 pm and Saturdays 9-12.
