Job Description:

  • Submission of long-term plans (13+9).
  • Submission of short-term rolling plans, entering orders based on demand, and tracking production schedules.
  • Booking orders, container loading, and monitoring sea freight anomalies for coordination.
  • Maintaining order shipment records and monitoring sea freight arrivals with early warnings for delays.
  • Reviewing and forwarding customs clearance documents.
  • Following up on delivery exceptions.
  • Managing sea freight costs to drive cost reduction.
  • Managing port container operations.

Requirements

  • Relevant experience in procurement, logistics, or supply chain management.
  • Bachelors degree or higher.
  • Fluent in Chinese and English for business negotiations and communication.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, high stress tolerance, adaptability, and ability to work in a multicultural environment.
  • Must have a valid South African work visa (permanent residence, ID, dependent visa, 90-day business visa, or visitor visa). Candidates without valid documentation cannot be considered.
